Chicken Bulgur Recipe

Bulgur With Pumpkin And Chicken Fillet is a simple recipe that cooks quickly for a much tasty meal. Bulgur is a cereal, which obtains from durum wheat. It is a nutritious cereal, and we can prepare dozens of dishes and use it extensively in the kitchen in traditional recipes by replacing rice, couscous, or pasta with it.

Bulgur can cook in the same way as rice by boiling it with a ratio of one bulgur and two water. We can find it in three different sizes: large, medium, and small grain by adapting it according to the various recipes we cook. It contains the group of vitamins B, B1, B2, B3, B6, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, and Potassium.
