Chestnut Cake Recipe

Directions

  1. Boil the chestnuts for 10-15 minutes until they soften, peel them and fry the obtained pulp in a blender together with the oil and milk.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
  3. In a glass bowl, we will beat the eggs with the sugar until it doubles in volume, we add vanilla.
