Muffin is an easy a delicious cook category, fast and quick for a delicious breakfast, or as a snack in the afternoon, or we can consume them as a yummy dessert after a meal. Today, we want to share Cherry Jam Muffins, delicious and easy to prepare and tasty, notably when you cooked the jam yourself.

Ingredients
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 2-eggs
- 75 g unsalted melted butter
- 175 ml of milk
- 125 g of sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a little salt
- vanilla extract
- Cherry jam
- Sugar powder
Directions
- We preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
- We sift the flour, and in a large bowl, we mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a small pan, we melt the butter and let it cool.
- In another bowl, we beat the eggs, add the milk, the butter, and mix until to make a homogeneous liquid.
- We add the dry mixture little by little to the liquid one, mixing it carefully until to make a soft homogeneous dough, not too thin.
- We prepare a muffin baking pan, greasing with butter, or adding muffins baking papers.
- We separate with a spoon half of the dough in each muffin shape.
- Add a teaspoon of cherry jam in each muffin shape and separate the rest of the muffin dough in each baking muffin shape filling up to 2/3 of it.
- We bake them in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool, transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with powder sugar, and serve them as you like.
