The cauliflower, as all vegetables in the cabbages family, is one of the favorite food during the winter and cold seasons. It is rich in vitamins, and it is a good source of Vitamin C. Ingredients
- One small cauliflower
- ½ broccoli
- 2-roasted red bell pepper
- 2-roasted green and yellow bell pepper
- 1 spring onion
- ¼ leek
- 8-10 green olives
- Oregano, fresh parsley
For dressing
- 1- lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp apple vinegar
- Salt, pepper, olive oil

Directions
- We will rinse the broccoli and cauliflower, and cut them according to the shape of the flowers, and boil them separately in a pot with salted water until they soften but are crunchy. Cauliflower requires about 10 minutes, broccoli, 4-5 minutes. You can also cook it on steam.
- We clean the roasted peppers from the seeds and skins and cut them into pieces.
- We cut the spring onion and leek into thin slices.
- In a small bowl, add all the ingredients for the marinade and mix it all to make a creamy mass.
