Ingredients

  • 250 g of buckwheat
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 leek
  • 1 green apple
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper, red pepper, or chilly pepper
  • black olives
  • lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. First, we clean the buckwheat by washing it well in running water. Drain it and boil in a 1: 2 ratio with water until it absorbs the entire water, as we do with rice pilaf.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the rinsed and cleaned leek into thin slices.
  3. Then, clean the apple from the skin, hearts, and seeds and cut it into cubes.
  4. In a small bowl, add lemon juice with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Use the ratio of one to three lemon juice with olive oil.
  5. Then, mix it well to form a creamy sauce.
  6. When the buckwheat is ready, we will pass it in a bowl, add the apple, leeks, olives, and marinade. Mix them all well.
  7. Finally, we will place salad leaves on a serving plate and pass the prepared salad on top of them.
  8. In the end, serve the buckwheat salad as desired!
