Ingredients
- 250 g of buckwheat
- 500 ml of water
- 1 leek
- 1 green apple
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, red pepper, or chilly pepper
- black olives
- lettuce leaves
Directions
- First, we clean the buckwheat by washing it well in running water. Drain it and boil in a 1: 2 ratio with water until it absorbs the entire water, as we do with rice pilaf.
- Meanwhile, cut the rinsed and cleaned leek into thin slices.
- Then, clean the apple from the skin, hearts, and seeds and cut it into cubes.
- In a small bowl, add lemon juice with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Use the ratio of one to three lemon juice with olive oil.
- Then, mix it well to form a creamy sauce.
- When the buckwheat is ready, we will pass it in a bowl, add the apple, leeks, olives, and marinade. Mix them all well.
- Finally, we will place salad leaves on a serving plate and pass the prepared salad on top of them.
- In the end, serve the buckwheat salad as desired!
Bon Appetit!
