Ingredients

  • 200 ml of milk
  • 2-eggs
  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 25g unsalted melted butter
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 15 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 10-grains of blueberries
  • 2-tbsp chocolate drops
  • 1-tbsp unsalted butter for baking
  • Honey, unsalted butter, a variety of fresh fruit, hazelnut butter, etc. for serving and consuming the pancakes.

Directions

  1. First, in a medium glass bowl, add eggs, sugar, and salt and mix.
  2. Then, add the melted butter and continue to mix, adding half part of the milk, sifted flour, and baking powder.     In a non-stick pan, add a little butter.
  4. Helping by a dipper, add the pancake daugh to the pan to cook. For one pancake, you can add 1/2 or one dipper dough, depending on how large you want the pancake to be.

  6. Continue like this to the end, cooking all the pancake dough.
  7. In the end, transfer them to a serving dish, and serve the pancake warm.
