Ingredients
For Meatball dough
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 50 g minced Parmesan cheese
- 2 slices of bread
- Spices, salt, black pepper
For filling
- 3-4 sliced bacon
- 3-4 sliced pizza cheese
- 2-3 hard-boiled eggs
To accompany
- Oven-baked potatoes or season salad
Directions
- First, we will add all the ingredients to a large glass bowl to make the meatball dough.
- Meanwhile, we will soften the bread with water, drain it, crumble it and throw it in the same bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Then, prepare the meatball dough by mixing all the ingredients well.
- Next, we will spread the meatball dough on a baking parchment sheet in a rectangular shape with a thickness of 1 cm.
- On top of this meatball layer, we will place the slices of bacon and cheese.
- Then, in the corner where we will start to collect the meatball roll, we will place the boiled eggs uncut or cut in half one after the other.
- Next, we will roll the meatloaf with the help of the baking paper and, wrapped it like that, put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Also, you can add potatoes to the casserole or other vegetables.
- In the end, at least a few minutes before turning off the oven, we remove the baking paper from the meatloaf so that it gets superficial baking and becomes crispy.
- Finally, put it out of the oven and let it cool a bit before slicing and serving. Also, you can accompany it with a fresh salad.
