This Banana And Jam recipe with chocolate is a tasty dessert. It prepares quickly, and it is a delicious solution for breakfasts and afternoons for the whole family.
It happens to all of us to have too many ripe bananas and that we have too much jam in the fridge that we no longer prefer to eat. Combined in this recipe, together with chocolate in pieces, give us a tasty result.
I prefer not to add too much sugar to my sweets. In this recipe, sweetness provides by a moderate amount of sugar, riped bananas, and jam.

Ingredients
- 400 g banana (about 4 ripe banana)
- 3 eggs
- 30 g of sugar
- 120 g of pear jam, or peach jam, or plum jam
- 130 g of butter at room temperature
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of baking power
- 340 g of flour
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 100 g of dark chocolate in pieces
- icing sugar
Directions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy with an electric beater.
- We will add the softened butter and continue mixing until it is a homogeneous mixture.
- In a separate bowl, add jam and baking soda and mix it for two minutes. Add this amount to the eggs and mix again.
- We will also add the mashed bananas add the vanilla flavor.
- Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, continuing to mix with the electric beater.
- Finally, when we have a homogeneous dough, add the chocolate cut with a knife into pieces.
- Grease and flourish a 24-26 cm baking pan and throw the prepared dough.
- We will bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Test it with toothpicks.
- Take it out of the oven, let it cool a bit, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces, and serve it as desired.
