- 1 kg of Koran, Trout, or Belushke Fish
- 3 large onions
- 3 well ripen tomatoes
- 1 carrot,
- one red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- herbs, parsley, garlic, bay leaves, black pepper

Directions
- First, we clean the fish and dry it well with kitchen paper.
- Then, cut the fish into pieces. In a pan, we will add olive oil, and we will cook the pieces of fish in the pan for a few minutes.
- So, we will cook them until we see that they have taken on a golden color. Then, take the fish pieces out of the pan, and let them separately on a plate.
- Meanwhile, we will clean the onions and cut them into cubes. We will add the chopped onion to the pan where we cooked the fish. Also, add a little salt and a little water and cover with a lid.
- So, let the onion soften by stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, we will chop the other vegetables and grate the fresh tomatoes eliminating the skin.
- Next, add the other vegetables to the pan when we see the onion tenders.
- Let them soften for a few minutes, and add the minced tomato. Let it cook for 10 minutes by stirring occasionally.
- Add salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Add a few cloves of finely chopped garlic.
- Meanwhile, we turned on the oven to heat to 200 degrees.
- Then, we will throw the prepared onion and tomatoes mixture in a glass or clay casserole and place the pieces of previously cooked fish on top. Add a glass of water and bay leaves.
- Next, put the pan in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
