- 1 small zucchini
- 500 g of chicken wings
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
- fresh parsley or mint
Directions
- First, we will cut the onion thinly and add it to a pot of olive oil. Cook over medium heat until softened.
- Also, add the other vegetables cut into small cubes. Then, stir them all for a few minutes and add the chicken wings, which we have rinsed and cleaned of feathers and hair that they may have.
- Stir them all together for 5 minutes and add water and salt.
- Then, let it simmer for 10 -15 minutes to release the taste of meat and vegetables. In this way, the rice comes out tastier.
- Once it boils, we will add the rice, and we have to cook it there in the pot for 10 minutes.
- Next, add it all to the casserole and add the minced black pepper at the moment. You can also add other spices like mint.
- We will calculate the juice for 300 g of rice needs about 1 l of broth. You can also prepare it by adding the rice directly to the baking pan with the meat and juice. In this way, the cooking time will take twice as long to get ready.
- First, we preheat the oven to 220 degrees and then bake it for 25 minutes.
- Finally, add the fresh parsley and serve it warm.
Bon Appetit!
