This Albanian Petulla recipe is a traditional recipe of Southern Albania. It is easy to prepare. We consume it this way or use it as the main ingredient for a cold summer soup with yogurt.
We also call this combination Meatballs with Yogurt. Our grandmothers often prepared this recipe during the summer, and the pancakes were accompanied and soften by summer soup with yogurt or another soup cooked with fried flour.
It is a quick recipe, as the dough does not need to rest, but after it is ready, it goes straight to frying. In a few minutes, you can serve this recipe to your family.
