Ingredients
- 200 g spinach
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 ml of vegetal oil
- 125 ml homemade natural yogurt
- 100 g white cheese
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 50 g semolina flour
- 100 g rye flour
- 100 g oatmeal flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- parsley, dill, pepper
- 1-2 green onions
Directions
- First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a 26 cm diameter baking pan by coating it with oil or butter and sprinkling it with flour.
- Then, in a bowl, we will mix all the dry ingredients. So add all kinds of flour, salt, soda, baking powder and mix well.
- Next, in another bowl, add eggs, mix them well, add the yogurt and oil and mix again, add the cottage cheese and hand-crushed cheese.
- Meanwhile, we washed, cooked 1-2 minutes in salty boiling water, dried, and finely chopped the spinach. You can leave it uncooked, but you have to cut it finely. Finely chop the onions and spices.
- Add the spinach, onions, and spices to the liquid mass and mix.
- Also, mix this mass with the dry ingredients. Finally, add the milk gradually so that the cake dough binds well.
- We throw this mass in the form prepared for baking and bake it in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. We do the test with a toothpick, which should come out dry.
- Then, take it out of the oven, and let it cool for a few minutes. In this way, we can take it out of the mold more easily.
- In the end, transfer it to a serving plate or wooden top, cut it into pieces and serve it warm or at room temperature.
