Tomato Olive Focaccia Bread recipe is tasty dough-based cooking.

- First, we will mix the flours.
- Next, in a large bowl, we will knead the yeast with a little lukewarm milk and some flour. In this way, we get a thin dough and let it rise for 15 minutes.
- Next, in the same bowl, add all the liquid ingredients, egg, and a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Mix them and add the flour.
- Also, add salt and knead the dough. Then, pour a little oil on the bottom of the bowl, place the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Next, we take an open casserole and grease it with oil.
- Then, We throw the risen dough and open it by hand-painted with olive oil.
- Next, top with sliced tomatoes, olives, and cheese. Add a little olive oil. Then, cover it and let it come for another 20 minutes.
- After that, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the focaccia for 25 minutes.
