This Spring Roll Sauce Recipe is a delicious Chinese agrodolce Sauce. Also, it is a simple recipe to cook and enjoy.
We always have the ingredients in the kitchen for this sauce. So, if you want to prepare it yourself, a few minutes will suffice.
As well, we can use it to enjoy Spring Rolls, but also other appetizers or both grilled, baked-oven, or pan-fried dishes.
Furthermore, it is a red sauce, which it gets from tomato concentrate. Also, for a traditional Chinese taste, it is better to use rice vinegar. In other terms, you can use apple or grape vinegar.
As well, I combine other vinegar with a teaspoon of sake to the sauce. In this way, we can have the rice flavor to it.
