This Peach Yogurt Cake is a delicious and easy to prepare dessert. It is a healthy solution for your breakfasts or afternoons at the beach, picnic, or home.

The recipe is simple, with few ingredients, and since peaches are seasonal, the cake comes out full of flavor.

We use a cake bake pan with openings ring for our convenience by placing the sliced ​​peaches on top for decoration. We can use yellow peaches or nectarine peaches as desired. I have also added pieces of chocolate for more flavor, but even with yogurt, it turns out very tasty.

  • 50 g çof dark chocolate in pieces

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, starch, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix all well.
  4. In a deep glass bowl, add the eggs and sugar, and with a hand wire or fork, we will beat the eggs until they become foam.
  5. Continue mixing by adding the yogurt and melted and cooled butter or oil.
