This Cauliflower And Broccoli Recipe is a simple and healthy recipe, which we can prepare even during this month where cauliflower and broccoli are still fresh. The casserole turns out very tasty, cooked in the oven, a great way to cook these vitamin C-rich vegetables for our family and kids. Cauliflower and broccoli combine best with Bechamel sauce and grated cheese for a taste that everyone likes.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 broccoli
For Bechamel sauce
- 300 ml of milk
- 30 g of butter
- 1 tbsp of flour
- a little salt and nutmeg
- 2 -3 tbsp ground cheese
Directions
- We will clean the vegetables and divide them into small pieces according to their flower.
Rinse them well and put them in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, and drain. - Meanwhile, prepare the bechamel. In a small saucepan, whisk the flour with the butter until it takes on a hazelnut color.
- Add the boiled and slightly cooled milk, and mix it well with a hand beater to not become grainy.
- Grate the nutmeg and add a little salt. When the sauce gets thick, it is ready.
- Turn on the oven to heat. In a baking pan greased with a little oil or butter, add broccoli and cauliflower in pieces.
- Top with the bechamel sauce and the grated cheese. You can use your favorite cheese.
- Put the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. The top will blush. Let it cool a bit and cut it into pieces. Serve warm.
