The recipe is simple, and the secret is to prepare a delicious marinade and crunchy dressing. It is partially cooked in the pan and ends in the oven. Try it, and you will always cook it for your family.

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 glasses of milk
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper
- 1 lemon
for crunchy dressing ( breading)
- 1 glass of flour
- 1 glass of breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp of starch
- chilly pepper
- salt, pepper
- ground rosemary
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ground Lemon zest
- Vegetal oil for frying
Directions
Marinade
- We clean the chicken wings from feathers and hairs, wash them, and dry them with kitchen paper.
- In a bowl, mix the egg with the milk, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Marinate the wings with this mixture and place them covered to stay for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Once the time has passed, we take them out and drain them from the marinade liquid. Store the marinade liquid to use in the breading process. In an open container, mix all the dry ingredients to prepare the breading for the crunchy dressing. In this mixture, we will pass the wings before cooking to achieve the right crunch.
- When we are ready to cook the wings, we will take a pan, add vegetable oil for frying, and set it to heat.
- The marinated wings, so moistened by the marinade liquid, are passed to the mixture created with the dry ingredients. We can repeat this process twice so that the wings come out as crunchy as possible. So from liquid marinade to dry mass, and again liquid marinade and dry mass.
Cooking Process
- We pass them directly after that in the pan where the oil is heated, and we fry them until they turn reddish. Continue until we finish the whole amount of wings. We will show care to cook the wings even on the inside part. It depends on the size and how many times we will pass them in the breading mixture.
