Ingredients
- 200 g couscous
- 300 g cleaned squids
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 tomato
- 1 piece of feta cheese
- salt, pepper

Directions
- First, we will cook the couscous. So, in a saucepan, we will boil 200 ml of water and a little salt.
- Once the water boils, add a tablespoon of olive oil and couscous. Further, cover it with a lid and let it rest for 5 minutes. After that, we will grind it with a fork, and we have it ready.
- Next, cut zucchinis into thin slices and sauté them in a non-stick pan with low olive oil.
- In continuation, add a little salt and cook for 2-3 minutes until they get a slight blush and retain their color. As a result, they should be crunchy. Remove fried zucchinis from the heat.
- Meantime, we clean the squids and cut them into pieces.
- In a pan, add a little olive oil, a clove of garlic, and chopped squids.
- After that, Cook squids for 5 minutes, and they will be ready. In a few minutes, they have dried the liquid they released in the pan. Add salt and black pepper.
- Finally, prepare the other ingredients. So, we will also dice tomato, Feta cheese and chop fresh parsley finely.
- The next step is to finish our salad. Pour the couscous into a glass bowl and add all the other ingredients.
- Meanwhile, prepare a salad dressing separately. So, add olive oil and lemon juice and mix well. Also, add crushed garlic and chili peppers if you wish.
