Strawberry Bavarian Recipe

Strawberry Bavarian Recipe is a much tasty spoon dessert, which cooks in a few minutes and does not need baking. Like various pudding or cream recipes, it is milk, sugar, eggs, and whipping cream recipe thickened with gelatin, and in this recipe, we season it with fresh strawberries. It can prepare very quickly and stays in the fridge for a few hours before serving.

You can prepare it for the weekend or daily, and if you want more rations, double or triple the doses of ingredients below. You can also use this cream as a filling for cakes or various cakes.

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 105 ml of milk
  • 125 ml whipping cream
  • 4 g of gelatin sheets
  • 150 g of fresh strawberries
  • 10 g of powder sugar

For decor

  • 150 -200 g  of strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp of sugar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, we will beat the egg yolk with the sugar with the electric beater at the maximum speed until it makes a cream.
  2. We will put the gelatin in water to soften.
  3. We will throw the egg cream into a small saucepan, put it in low heat, and add the milk slowly by stirring it well. We will continue mixing until this mass thickens and becomes creamy.
  4. We will add the softened gelatin after we squeezed it well from the water, and we stir it well until it dissolves in the hot cream. Set the cream aside to cool slightly.
  5. Meanwhile, beat the whipping cream with the electric beater until it becomes stable.

  7. Meanwhile, we put the strawberries with the powdered sugar in a blender and add blend all. We add this to the previous cream.
  8. Mix all of them well, and we will divide the created mass into forms which it is good to wet with water before so that the cream can come out lightly in the serving time.   9. I chose to throw it in small cups and will serve it in them. We put them in the refrigerator to set for at least three hours.

Decor

  1. Meanwhile, for decoration, we will clean the strawberries from the leaves, wash them, dry them, and cut them into small pieces.
  2. We will add the lemon juice and sugar and set them to rest covered with a lid or cellophane in the fridge.
  3. When we serve the Bavarian Cream, we will throw this mass of strawberries on top of the glass or above it when we eat it on a plate.
    If you want the above mixture of strawberries, you can choose to cook it for a few minutes making a strawberry sauce in the form of a quick jam. Serve it with the Bavarian Cream.
