Today we want to share a Spinach And Ricotta Tart Recipe. It is a quick and easy recipe and a healthy meal, even for babies and young children. Ingredients For a baking pan 22-24 cm
- 300 g of spinach
- 100 g ricotta or unsalted cottage cheese
- 100 g baked bacon
- 2-eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- a little salt ( for young babies, use one tsp ground Parmigiano cheese)
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Cook the spinach in a pot of boiling water for 1-2 minutes, drain it well, and cut it finely with a kitchen knife.
- In a bow, we will mix the spinach, the bacon into pieces, and the ricotta or cottage cheese. Add a little salt and olive oil and mix. We put this mass into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, we will beat the eggs and add the milk, mix them well, and pour this mixture over the spinach.
- We will bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Let it cool, place it on a plat, and serve warm.
