This Soft Honey Cookies recipe is a tasty and simple recipe that you should not leave without trying. By the way, while the cold season is at our doorstep, biscuits with honey are a good accompaniment for tea or other hot drinks.

Ingredients
- 500 g of flour
- 100 g of honey
- 100 g of melted butter
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 40 ml of milk
- 1 package of baking powder
- 1 tsp of powder cinnamon
- a pinch of salt

Directions
- First, we will start work by melting the butter and let it reach room temperature.
- Meanwhile, we will mix the egg with honey and sugar.
- Next, add the melted butter and continue mixing. Also, add cinnamon.
- We will add the flour and baking powder which we have previously sifted mixed.
- After that, next, start to form the dough. Also, add a few tablespoons of milk (on average 3-4 tablespoons)to knead the cookie dough properly.
- In the end, let the dough rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- On the other side, you can roll the dough on a 5-7 mm thick foil directly after kneading it if you like so. To shape the dough, I used a toothed meat beater.
- Further, after we cut the biscuits into shapes, and before baking, we put them in the freezer lined in pans with baking paper for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes. Finally, I want to add, they turn out delicious, soft, and not too sweet. Ideal to accompany your coffee or tea.
