This recipe is a combination of the fresh salmon with broccoli, fresh tagliatelle pasta, and cream. The ingredients are rich sources of our daily nutritional value, in various vitamins and minerals.
Salmon is one of the red fishes rich in nutritional value. Ingredients
- 200 g fresh salmon fillet
- 1- small broccoli
- 200 ml kitchen cream
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper, basil, parsley
- 1-garlic clove
- 400 g fresh Tagliatelle pasta
- Ground Grana cheese
Directions
- In a pasta pot, add cold water and put it to boil.
- Clean the salmon fillet from the skin and bones, and cut in in small pieces.
- In a saucepan, add 2-3 tbsp olive oil and the salmon pieces and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the broccoli that we have first, rinse it well, cut in pieces, and boiled for 2 minutes in another pot with salty water.
- We mix them for a while and add the cream. We add a little water form the boiled broccoli pot and let the sauce be liquidy. Season it with salt and black pepper.
- During this time, the water to cook pasta is ready, and we add salt and the tagliatelle pasta. We cook pasta one minute less than the indicated time. Fresh pasta does not need to much time to cook. We finish the cooking in the saucepan.
- Drain pasta and transfer in the saucepan. Mix it well. Pasta must be creamy and liquidy when we’ll serve it, so, if it is needed, we add a little water from the pasta cooking pot.
