This Qumeshtor Recipe is a simple traditional recipe based on milk, eggs, and flour. There are some recipes for preparing Qumeshtor in our country, where some use starch, some cook it with phyllo layers. Today we are sharing with you the recipe with wheat flour.
The recipe is delicious and easy to cook and enjoy. I like to know your feedback after tasting it.

Ingredients
- 1 l of milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp of sugar
- 3 tbsp of flour
- Lemon zest
- 50 g of butter
- a little salt
- To serve it, strawberries, and fresh mint
Directions
- First, we will boil the milk with a lemon zest inside to get the taste.
- In a glass bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and flour to make a homogeneous mass.
- Add the milk by mixing it well. We will transfer the mixture back to the pot, draining it with a fine colander.
- Mix it carefully until it starts to thicken. We will have to mix it constantly.
- Throw the created mass in an oven pan coated with butter. We level it. You can brush it with an egg yolk if you want. I chose not to. Put the butter on top and put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool. There are two ways to serve it.
When it is still hot, we can serve it in small dessert bowls as a spoon dessert. Cut into pieces when it has cooled completely. Decorate as desired.
Bon Appetit!
