This Quick Easy Apple Cake is a delicious dessert to prepare in just a few minutes. We can enjoy it for breakfast, to accompany afternoon tea, or even after a meal.
This recipe flavors with caramelized apples and is soft from the butter for a tasty one to enjoy and like by all the family.

Ingredients
- 3 medium Green Smith Apples
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 g of melted butter
- 10 g of baking powder
- 230 g of flour
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- ½ lemon(juice and zest)
- 4 tbsp of sugar
- Icing sugar and 2 tbsp of sliced almonds
Directions
- Prepare a 20-22 cm baking cake pan. We coat it with butter and flour and line the base with parchment paper.
- Peel the rinsed apples, and cut them into cubes. Sprinkle them with the juice of half a lemon to not oxidize, and set them aside.
- In a deep bowl, add the eggs at room temperature and beat them with the sugar with an electric beater until they double in volume.
- Continuing the mixing, we will add the vanilla, the minced lemon peel, and the milk.
- Add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder and mix it with the electric beater to make a homogeneous dough.
- Finally, add the melted and cooled butter. First, mix it lightly with a spatula and continue with the electric beater to absorb well. You will see that after adding the butter, the dough will be even more creamy.
- Mix the apples cut into pieces with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar and throw them at the bottom of the pan.
- We will throw the prepared dough on top of the apples, level it well, and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Do the toothpick test.
- After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then get it out from the baking pan and transfer it to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and sliced almonds. Let the cake cool completely and serve as desired sliced.
