We have shared in continuing various quick and easy recipes for breakfast. Today, we want to share Petulla Me Sode and yogurt, stuffed with sausage. This is an Albanian traditional recipe, and it also is perfect for a picnic, as a portion of fast food or snack to get with you on the beach, or on a daily trip.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 and 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of bicarbonate of soda or 1/2 package of baking powder
- Salt
- 2 boiled sausages
1 cup of corn oil for frying
Directions
This way of cooking Albanian Petulla is a quick and easy recipe.
- In a bowl, add egg, yogurt, and salt and mix it all together.
- Add the sifted flour mixed with bicarbonate of soda, and mix it to create a soft and elastic dough. It can cook at the moment and it doesn’t need to sit.
- We cut the boiled sausages into pieces and add them to the petulla dough.
- In a frying pan, add oil to heat to fry the dough. With a spoon, take a piece of sausages mix with dough, and add to the pan to fry until it is golden.
- Transfer all fried petulla on a dish coved with kitchen paper to eliminate the remaining oil. This Petulla will be soft and tasty. As an alternative for the stuffing, you can use soft cheeses.
