Today, we want to bring for you a delicious Pear And Coconut Cake recipe, which is simple to prepare with only a few ingredients, and very tasty to enjoy as a dessert after a meal, for breakfast, as a snack at home or in school for your kids.
Ingredients
- 3-eggs
- 3-4 pears
- 60 g of coconut flour
- 250 g sugar
- 350 g all-purpose flour
- 1-package of baking powder
- 100 g of butter
- a little salt
- sugar powder or coconut flour for the decor
Directions
- In a small pan, we melt the butter and let it apart to cool and get the room temperature.
- During this time, we rinse the pear well, peel them, and cut it into small dices.
- Preheat the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.
- In a deep bowl, we add the eggs and sugar and beat them with an electric hand beater for a few minutes. Add the melted butter and continue to mix.
- We mix the sifted flour with the coconut flour and the baking powder, and we add all the dried mixture to the liquid one. Mix it well, in the end, will result in a thick dough.
- Add the diced pears and mix them to distribute them into cake dough.
- We grease a cake baking dish with butter, flourish it, and add the cake dought into it. Put it to bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. You can do the toothpick check.
- After baking it, let it cool and transfer it in a serving cake plate and decor the top with sugar powder or coconut flour. The cake is delicious for your breakfast with a glass of milk, coffee, or a warm cappuccino.
