This wild fish named Korb is a dark-colored saltwater fish that resembles sea bass in taste. I want to share with you one Oven Baked Whole Fish Recipe with Korb fish and vegetables. It turned out very tasty. The vegetables marinate and season a lot by this fish, and the fish itself came out juicy, tender, and full of flavor. I suggest you try it if you happen to find it in the fish market. It is similar in quality and price to Sea Bass and Bream.
It is a tasty fish for children. We can serve our kids as it does not contain small bones.
You can cook it in different ways, like fish soup or Baked in the Foil.

Today’s recipe is simple to prepare, healthy and colorful.

- 2 -red peppers
- 3-4 small tomatoes
- 1 lemon

Directions
- We wash and clean the fish from the scales, and belly parts, dry it and taste it with salt and pepper.
- We will clean the previously washed vegetables and cut them into medium cubes.
- Place the vegetables and fish in the baking pan and season all with salt, pepper, olive oil, and fresh parsley.
- We season the inside part of the fish with 1-2 cloves of garlic, lemon slices, and fresh parsley.
- Cut the rest of the lemon into cubes and mix it with other vegetables. Add the garlic cloves, bay leaf, and olive oil. We can add a little white wine.
- Bake it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. I use an automatic Ariston oven program to bake the whole fish. It lasts 40 minutes and cooks the fish all juicy and much tasty.
