Ingredients for 4-6 Servings
- One chicken, about 1.2-1.5 kg/42-52 oz
- 4-5 medium potatoes, about 1-kg/35 oz
- 4-5 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, ground black pepper, fresh or dry rosemary to season
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 200°C/400°F.
- Then, prepare the chicken for baking, cleaning by small feathers and hairs, passing over a flame to burn and eliminate all the hairs. Also, you can choose to remove the chicken skin if you don’t like it. As well, you can bake the chicken with the skin, and remove it after baking. In this way, the skin takes the chicken meat soft, tasty, and doesn’t let it dry.
- And, we can bake the chicken in all or cut it into pieces. Next, after cleaning and cutting, marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, olive oil, and transfer it into a baking dish. We use a Pyrex glass or clay baking pan.
