Mushroom Tagliatelle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 g  of fresh tagliatelle pasta
  • 300 g of fresh mushrooms
  • 1- leek
  • 300 ml of cream
  • olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp of ground Parmigiano cheese

Directions

  1. It is a quick and easy recipe. While we put the water to boil, we will prepare the pasta sauce.
  2. Thoroughly clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin pieces or slices.
    We will wash and grind the white part of the leek and sauté it in a pan with a little olive oil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and cook it for a few minutes.
  4. Add cream and finely chopped fresh parsley. As soon as the sauce starts to boil, we remove it from the heat, and our pasta sauce is ready.
  5. Meanwhile, we cook the fresh tagliatelle in boiling salted water. It does not require much time to cook as it is fresh pasta.
  6. You can prepare fresh tagliatelle at home, as we showed you in the recipe of Tagliatelle with Bolognese Sauce, or you can cook this recipe with packaged dried tagliatelle. It depends on the desire and the time you have to prepare it.

  7. Once the tagliatelle is ready, add it to the sauce and add a little more of the boiling water to the pasta sauce.
  8. Stir to combine with the sauce and toss the chopped parsley on top. Serve warm with grated cheese on top.
