Ingredients
• 250 g fresh lasagna layers
• 500 g fresh champignon mushrooms
• 500 g fresh sausage
• 1-small red onion
• ½ glass of white wine
• 600 ml of bechamel sauce
• 150-200 g ground cheese
• Olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• fresh parsley or thyme
Directions
- In a pan, we will add olive oil, finely chopped onion, and 2 tbsp of water. We will stir-fry it covered in medium heat for a few minutes until to it tender. Add the sausage eliminating the membrane that wraps it. We will stir-fry it together with the onion, and we will press it with a fork to crumble and let it cook until it changes color.
- Add the white wine and let evaporate the alcohol in high heat.
- Add the cut mushrooms that we have clean first with a wet cloth, removing the top skin, and rinse the legs lightly by the earth. We cut in slices the mushrooms. Add a little salt, pepper, and let them cook covered with a lid, in low heat for about 20 minutes. Once it is ready, we will add the chopped fresh herbs.
- During this time, we will prepare the bechamel sauce following our Bechamel Sauce recipe here.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- In a baking pan, we will add a little bechamel sauce, and we cover the bottom with lasagna layers, add again bechamel sauce, mushroom and sausage mixture, and ground cheese. We will repeat this process up to the end, and on the top, we will finish our lasagna with bechamel sauce, mushroom mixture, and a lot of ground cheese, that will create a golden brown crispy top during the baking process.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes until it golden brown.
- Let it sit for a few minutes after removing from the oven, cut it into pieces, and serve it immediately.
Bon Appetit!
