How to clean Sole Fish

We need to remove its skin during the cleaning process. For this, we will make a slight cut on the side of the tail, and by grasping it with kitchen paper so that it does not slip when we remove it, we carefully pull it towards the head. Ingredients 2 Servings
- Fresh Sole Fish
- 1 limon
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt, pepper
- A few tablespoons of flour
- fresh dill
Directions
- We will dry the cleaned and washed fish with kitchen paper and make it with flour on both sides.
Shake the fish from the excess flour.
- In a non-stick pan, continue a little butter and a little olive oil. When it heats up, place the fish and toss the salt and pepper on top.
- After cooking it for 4-5 minutes on one side, turn the fish on the other side and let it cook properly. It will be a golden to reddish color.
- Remove from the pan, and in the fat and juice of the fish, we will add the lemon juice and a little minced dill.
- Let it evaporate a little, and as soon as the sauce forms, remove the pan from the heat. Pour this sauce over the fish when serving.
- Accompany the fish with a fresh mixed salad with cherry tomatoes and fresh cherry mozzarella cheese.
