Ingredients
- 1- egg
- 270 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g ground almonds
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- Zelt and juice of 1/2 big lemon
- ½ package of baking powder
- Powder sugar
Directions
- We preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, we add egg, oil, lemon zest and juice, and the sugar and mix all well.
- Add the ground almonds, and little by little the flour mixed with baking powder.
- We prepare a baking pan covered with baking paper.
- We will take the dough with w spoon, and we will give shape with our palms, making small balls like a nut, and pass them in powder sugar, and after that transfer in the baking pan.
- Transfer it to the preheated oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
- Let them cool after baking and transfer to a serving cookie plate. We can have cookies with coffee, tea, or juice.
