- 225g all-purpose flour
- 140 g dark chocolate
- 128 g unsalted melted butter
- 128 g dark brown sugar
- 64 g white sugar
- 1/4-tsp salt
- 1-tsp baking powder
- 2-tsp vanilla extract

- 1-egg yolk
- 64 g chocolate chips

- First, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- In a deep bowl, mix both dark brown and white sugars.
- Also, in a pan, melt the butter, carefully to not boil. I recommend using the water bath technique to melt the butter.
- Next, at the sugar mixture bowl, add the melted butter, egg and yolk egg, and vanilla extract and mix all the ingredients.
- Continue adding the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix all together, adding the dark chocolate cut in small pieces and the chocolate chips.
Finally, the chocolate chips dough is ready for baking, mixing all the ingredients. - Helping from a tablespoon, divide the dough into small balls and put it in a baking tin.
- Bake the chocolate chips cookies for 12 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).
