This Herb Crusted Sole Recipe is an oven-baked fish-based second course. Sole fish is one of the tasty recipes to cook and is full of flavor.
Also, like our other oven-baked sole fish and potato recipe, this one is special and delicious.
Furthermore, in this recipe, we used fresh bread, unlike the previous recipe where the bread is toasted and crumbled.
Also, here we used parmesan cheese, which combined with bread and herb will give the fish flavor and create a crunchy crust, which preserves the juice and taste of the fish.
It is a recipe you can cook for lunch on the weekend with family.

Ingredients
- 1 sole fish about 500 g
- two slices of bread
- 2 tbsp of ground Parmesan cheese
- one bunch of fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Lemon juice
Directions
- We will clean the sole fish from the skin. First, we make a shallow cut on the side of the tail. Then, holding it with kitchen paper, we carefully pull it towards the head. Also, do the same on the other side. Next, wash and clean the inside of the abdomen and the buttocks. Also, dry it well.
- Next, we prepare the mixture for the crunchy part. So, in an electric grinder, we will add bread, herb, parmesan, spices, and all other ingredients. Finely, grind in a shredder.
- With this mixture, we will cover the sole fish on both sides.
- Then, Place it on a baking tray with baking paper and bake it in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Finally, serve the fish warm. It will come out crunchy on the outside and soft and liquid on the inside. Serve it with fresh salad.
