This Gnocchi Creamy Mushroom Sauce is a quick and tasty recipe. We can prepare this recipe in a few minutes once we have fresh potato gnocchi ready. You can refer to our recipe for Homemade Potato Gnocchi to make them by yourself and preserve them in frozen packages according to the quantity you usually cook for your family. It is the first course, but you can also serve as a unique plate for a light meal.

Ingredients- 2 Servings
- 250 g of potato gnocchi
- 250-300 g of champignons
- 2-3 lugë full of cream
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch of parsley
- salt, pepper, olive oil
- ground Parmigiano cheese
Directions
- We will clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
- Put a pot of water to boil.
- In a pan, we will add olive oil, garlic clove, and parsley stalks.
- When the oil flavors, add the mushrooms and let them cook for a few minutes. Add salt, pepper, and finely chopped parsley.
- When the mushrooms are ready, we set the gnocchi to cook. Their boiling time is short. Once the gnocchi float to the surface of the water, they are ready.
- Meanwhile, in the pan where we have the mushrooms, add the cream and mix for a while until we have a creamy mushroom sauce. You can replace the cream with milk for a lighter taste.
- With a colander, add the gnocchi and a little boiling water if necessary and let them all bind together.
- Season it with salt, pepper, finely chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with ground Parmigiano cheese on the top.
