Ingredients
- 4 quails
- Olive oil
- salt, pepper
- salvia, thyme, garlic
- Wine white
- 20 g of butter
Directions
- We clean quails from small feathers and rinse them well.
- Marinate them with salt and black pepper.
- In a pan, add a little olive oil and spices, sage, thyme, garlic clove.
- We put the pan in medium heat and let it heat and season.
- Add the quails and let them gold on all sides.
- We will quench them with white wine and let the alcoholic part evaporate.
- Cover with a lid and let them cook at low temperature for 10 -15 minutes. You can also add a little warm water if needed.
- Finally, add the butter to bind the remaining quail’s liquid to make it a delicious sauce.
- Serve fried quails with the sauce, or your favorite salad, baked vegetables, rice, puree, etc. We accompanied them with potato croquettes and yogurt sauce.
