Ingredients For 12-14 Muffins
- 2-eggs
- 2-pears
- 150 g of sugar
- 80 ml corn oil
- 40 g of coconut flour
- 220 g of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 package of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- icing sugar
Directions
- First, we start beating two eggs with the sugar in a glass bowl with an electric beater until they become foam.
