This Easy Strawberry Tiramisu Recipe is a dessert without baking, which prepares in a few minutes and quite simply.
We chose to prepare it with light mascarpone cream without using whipping cream.
We have mounted our tiramisu in one-serving cups to serve it even easier and more pleasantly.
You can choose to mount it into a small casserole using the same ingredients.
It is a tasty, fresh, and full of flavor dessert for this season.

Ingredients-4 Servings
Mascarpone Cream
- 250 g of Mascarpone
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g of sugar

- 250 g of fresh strawberries
- one lemon (juice)
- 1-2 tbsp of sugar
- some tbsp of water
- some fresh strawberries for decor
- 10-12 Savoiardi
- mint leaves
Directions
- We will clean the strawberries and cut them into pieces.
- Put the chopped strawberries in a pot with sugar, lemon juice, and a little water. Put them on the fire for 2-3 minutes until they release the liquid.
- We remove them from the fire, and we will pass a part of this preparation together with the obtained liquid in the mixer. We will use this mixture to moist Savoiardi biscuits with it.
The rest of the cooked strawberries will keep apart for mounting the tiramisu. - Continue cooking by preparing the mascarpone cream. For this, we place the egg yolks and sugar in a glass bowl and place the bowl in a water bath.
- With the help of an electric beater, we will beat the egg yolks with the sugar, keeping them in the water bath until they become foam.
- Continue mixing it even after removing it from the water bath and until it cool.
- Combine this mixture with the mascarpone well, mixing it from the bottom up carefully until it becomes creamy.
How to mount tiramisu
- We will use one-portion cups to mount the tiramisu. Proceed by pouring one tablespoon of mascarpone cream. Moist the Savoiardi biscuits well with the strawberry syrup and place them in the cup, creating a layer with them.
- Toss from the strawberry pieces we left apart and add another layer of mascarpone cream.
- Add another layer of Savoiardi biscuits again moistened in the strawberry syrup covering it with another layer of cream.
- We will garnish with fresh strawberries and fresh mint leaves. Use your imagination.
- Transfer the tiramisu cups to the refrigerator to cool for two hours, and after that, they are ready to enjoy.
- We serve them as desired.
