Ingredients-4 Servings
- 400 g Linguine Pasta
- 500g uncleaned shrimps, or 250-300 g clean ones.
- 200 ml kitchen cream
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes or a ripe medium tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, or basil
Directions
- Put a pasta casserole with water to boil.
- Clean the shrimps from their heads, tails, shells, and sand vein. The last one removes using a kitchen knife.
- In a saucepan, add a little Olive oil and heat in medium heat. Add the chopped onion and let it cook covered with a lid, in low heat for 10 minutes, until it gets tender.
- Add salt to the boiling water and the linguine pasta to cook for the indicated time on the package.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarterly, and add to the saucepan. Add a little salt, pepper and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. If you have a medium tomato, cut it in dice.
- Add the cleaned shrimps to the sauce and let them cook with onion and tomatoes for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, and the cream. Mix all for a few seconds, add a little olive oil, salt, pepper, if it is necessary, and garnish it with chopped parsley or basil leaves. Your linguine pasta is ready. Serve it immediately.
