This Easy Homemade Banana Cake Recipe is a simple recipe and very tasty to consume for a breakfast or as a snack. Combining with a glass of milk or your favourite fruit juice, it made a perfect meal for your kids and the adults. It can perfectly consume with tea or coffee.

Ingredients for a cake stencil 24 cm.
- 3-eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 100 g unsalted and room temperature butter
- 3- medium baked bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt
- 2 e 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 package of baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180 / 350 degrees.
- In a deep bowl, add eggs, sugar and a little salt, and beat these ingredients with an electric beater, until it creates a foam and sugar melt.
- Add the butter and mix until it creates an homogeneous liquid.
- Peel bananas, and helping by a fork, make a pure with them.
- Add the bananas pure at the eggs mixture and mix again.
- Add the cinnamon, and continue with the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix all ingredients to create an soft and homogeneous cake dought.
- Greasea cake stencil, flourish, and add the cake dought to bake at the preheated oven for 35 -40 minutes.You can check with a toothstic if the cake is baked properly.
- Let the cake to cool for a while and transfer in a cake plate. Let the banana cake to cool completely before consuming. You can garnish it with powder sugar.
