Ingredients
- 200 g of coconut flour
- 140 g of sugar
- 4-egg whites (110-120 g)
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, add coconut flour and the sugar and mix well. Add the egg whites and mix until it absorbed.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- During this time, we prepare a baking pan covered with a baking paper.
- We will start to make the cookies, helping by a spoon, we take a little from the mixture, and we will give it a round shape by squeezing it tightly with our hands.
- Put them to bake in the preheated oven and bake them for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
- Let them cool and transfer in a serving cookies plate.
