Ingredients
First part
- 250 g of ricotta cheese
- 5 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 2-egg yolks
Second part
- 4-eggs
- 90 g of sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp bitter cocoa
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 10 g baking powder
For the decor
- 100 ml of milk
- 3 tbsp bitter cocoa
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 35-50 g dark chocolate

Directions
- In a bowl, we will mix all the ingredients that we list in the first part. We add ricotta cheese, coconut flour, sugar, corn starch, egg yolks, and we will mix well to make a homogeneous mixture. We transfer it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Passing the time, we preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and we will grease and sprinkle with flour baking cake form with 20-22 cm of diameter. You can use a large baking stencil, but the cake will be thinner.
- We will prepare small round shapes with coconut flour mixture and put them in the baking form.
- In another bowl, we will mix all the dry ingredients from the second part list.
- In a glass bowl, add the eggs and mix it with the dry mixture, until to create a homogeneous mixture. If it results too dry, you may add 1-2 tbsp of milk. If it results too dry, you may add 1-2 tbsp of milk. Put this mixture over the coconut shapes.
- We put the baking cake form to bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. After it, we let it cool and transfer in a serving dish. You can consume like this or decorate it.
- First, we melt the dark chocolate. In a small non-stick pot, add milk, sugar, sifted cocoa, and melted dark chocolate. Mix all in medium heat until to start boil and to create some large bubbles on the surface. Turn the heat off and let it cool.
We put the chocolate cream over the cake, and we level it with a spatula. After that, we add coconut flour to decorate it. We let the cake cool for a while before cutting and serving it.
