Delicious Chocolate Brownie Dessert- Easy and Tasty

Ingredients

• dark chocolate 200 g
• butter 100 g
• eggs 3
• Sugar 200 g
• brown sugar 100 g
• vanilla
• flour 120 g
• cocoa powder 25 g
• salt 2 g

Directions

1. First, we will melt the chopped chocolate. So, cut chocolate with a kitchen knife, put it in a bowl, and melt the chocolate in the water bath.
2. Also, add the butter there. Let the resulting melted mixture cool, stirring it occasionally.
3. Meanwhile, with the help of an electric beater, we will mix the sugar with the eggs, adding eggs one by one until it becomes foamy.
4. We will add the melted chocolate there and mix it well. Next, continue mixing by adding a little salt and vanilla flavor.
5. Then, add sifted flour and sifted cocoa to this mixture. Add it gradually by mixing from top to bottom.
6. Also, take a square non-stick baking pan. Cover it with parchment paper on the base and sides. In this way, it can be removed easily after baking.
7. Pour the prepared dough and level it well. We will knock it lightly several times on the table. This way, the remaining air that dough can have from the mixing process will get out.
8. Next, put the pan to bake in the preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake it for 30 minutes.
9. Once ready, take out the pan and let it cool. After it has cooled, cut it into square pieces.
10. In the end, accompany it with ice cream. It combines the best in this hot season.
