- 400 g of chicken breast fillet
- 4-champignon mushrooms
- 200 ml of cream
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
- fresh parsley
- 4-garlic cloves
- garlic powder
Directions
- Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and marinate it with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Wash the mushrooms and dry them with kitchen paper carefully, and cut them into thin slices. You can also clean them from their skin, and they will be more digestible for your body.
- In a non-stick pan, add a little oil and add the chopped mushrooms. Add salt and stir for 4-5 minutes.
