This Chicken Wings In A Pan recipe is a tasty second course. We slow cooking it flavored with tomatoes and spices.
We also added mushrooms to complement it in taste and nutritional value, but you can choose to add it or not.

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 onion
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 glass of white wine
- salt, black pepper
- olive oil
- garlic
- fresh parsley
- fresh mushrooms
Directions
- We will wash and clean the chicken wings from feathers and thin hairs and dry them well with kitchen paper.
- In a large and deep pan, add olive oil and a garlic clove, and put it on the fire to flavor the oil with the taste of garlic, and toss the chicken wings.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Rotate them on all sides until to change the color, and quench them with white wine.
- Wait for the alcohol to evaporate, and add the minced onion to the cube.
- Mix it well and cover it with a lid. We will reduce the fire to a minimum.
- In this step, add the chopped mushrooms. You can not use them or replace mushrooms with something else.
- We will mix the wings from time to time. When we see that the onion cooks well and the mushrooms got a kind of cooking, we will throw the minced tomato. Mix chicken wings and tomatoes. Raise the heat to medium. Cover the pan with a lid to cook it all.
- It will cook for about 30-40 minutes. Check by yourself time after time, and add one glass of warm water if needed.
- In the end, add fresh parsley. The chicken wings will result in their sauce.
- Serve it warm, accompanied by its sauce. It is tasty to serve for lunch or dinner. You can accompany it for lunch with a fresh seasonal salad, couscous, baked potatoes, or whatever you want.
