Ingredients
- 1 sea bass 500 g
- A mix of fresh herbs. I used fresh parsley, thyme, rosemary, basil leaves, lemon zest, 1-2 chopped garlic cloves. You may also add salvia and laurel leaves.
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Baking oven paper and aluminium paper
Directions
- First, we clean and wash the fish, dry it with kitchen paper and marinate with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
- Rinse all the herbs, dry, and put them inside the fish tummy. We also add the lemon zest and chopped garlic clove.
- In a baking pan, we lay the aluminium paper and above it the baking paper. Put the fish over the baking paper, add olive oil, and lemon juice if you like, and wrap the fish well with baking oven paper and after that with aluminium paper. We close all the sides properly.
- Put the baking pan in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes. We serve the fish hot with its liquid. The delicate flavour of the fresh sea bass combining with fresh herbs gets a delicious taste and an awesome main fish cooking for your special menu.
