This our Best Banana And Chocolate Muffins Recipe is easy to prepare using simple ingredients that we usually have in our kitchen. This is a fast and quick recipe for a delicious and flavour taste. We can eat these muffins for breakfast, for a picnic, banquet and birthday party with our kids, or to eat when we have a coffee or tea in the family. They are perfect as a healthy snack for our kids or giving them to eat as a dessert for the lunchtime in school or daycare. You can also decorate these muffins for the Halloween party.
Ingredients
- 2-eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 ml of vegetal oil
- 2- bananas
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 20 g bitter cocoa
- 1 package of baking powder
- A little salt
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 50 g of black chocolate chips or cut in small pieces
Directions
- First, we prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add eggs and sugar and beat them with an electric beater until to create a foam. Add the oil little by little continue to mix it. Add a little salt. You can also replace the oil with melted butter.
- In a plate, we add peeled bananas and with a fork, we make them a puree and add to the liquid mixture. Add the cinnamon and mix they all.
- In another bowl, we will mix the other dry ingredients, the flour, cocoa, baking powder and add all at the liquid mixture.
- We mix all ingredients well bottom-up and add the chocolate chips.
- We prepare a muffins baking pan greasing with a baking spray or using muffins baking papers.
- Add the muffin dough at each muffing shape filling 3/4 of each of them. We will have in the end 12-14 muffins from this muffin dough quantity.
- We bake them at the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes. We put them out and let them cool for a while. We transfer the muffins in a serving plate and let them cool completely before consuming. These muffins are delicious for all family.
