Ingredients- 4 Servings
- 250 g of spaghetti pasta
- 2 eggs
- 100 g fetta cheese
- 600 ml of milk
- 50 g butter or olive oil
- Salt
- Grounded cheese
Directions
- Add water to a casserole, put it to boil, and whet it is boiling add salt and spaghetti pasta. Cook the pasta Al dente, not completely.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
- In a bowl, add egg, milk, a little salt, and crushed cheese. Mix all together.
- Grease a pyrex glass baking dish, add the cooked pasta and a little butter.
- Add the egg and milk mixture and regulate with a fork to have a flat surface. Add in the top the grounded cheese.
- Put in the preheated oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
- After baking, let it cool for 10 minutes. Cut the pastiço in pieces and serve it warm.
