I cooked it with small tomatoes and enjoyed it with the spices we use most in our Mediterranean cuisines, such as parsley, garlic, and oregano. Salt, pepper, and olive oil are non-negotiable when we want to realize a yummy tasty fish recipe.

It is a recipe that can cook for the whole family or in one serving.
I recommend that you take for each serving an average sea bream of about 300 g per person and prepare the baking on individual parchment paper.

  • 1 sea bream about 300 g
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove in slices
  • fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano
  • parchment paper

Directions

  1. We will clean the sea bream from the scales and the belly part, and we will wash it well in running water and dry it with kitchen paper.
  2. We will marinate it with salt, pepper, olive oil on both sides and the belly part.

  5. We will bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or in the automatic oven program for roasting the fish for 35-40 minutes. You will see for yourself that the sea bream will turn out very tasty and soft. The fillet part is detached and can serve as a fillet or in the parchment paper the whole bream as we baked it.
